Thinning locks or premature balding is common in both men and women and can cause severe embarrassment. If you are suffering from thinning locks then you need to use only the best products for hair loss. You should treat this problem as soon as it is noticed because it can usually be stopped or slowed down by the right shampoo, conditioner, etc.

The higher end products will be very expensive (ingredients aren’t cheap!) and may require a bit of experimentation, but with the right product you could completely stop or reverse the problem if it is caught in time. Premature balding or thinning of your locks is largely genetic so you will want to get a shampoo, conditioner, etc. that is made specifically to block the chemicals in your system (like DHT and Testosterone) from reaching your follicles.

Another ingredient that you will want to look for in 2012 is hair vitamins. A number of nutritional supplements are now available that target hair growth and healthy hair development specifically. Your follicles need vitamins to stay healthy and be motivated to grow more hair. Look for words and phrases like “root food”, “silk proteins”, “Vitamin Shampoos” and “Nutrition Vitamins” on the label to make sure that you are buying the right shampoo or conditioner. Vitamins strengthen your follicles and stimulate growth.

There are certain chemicals and ingredients that are found in the best hair loss products for 2012. These chemicals are Trichogen and Panthenol and they block reductase enzymes and DHT which are primarily responsible for premature balding and thinning tresses. These are very important to look for in the ingredients list on the back of the bottle or in the information panel where it talks about what this shampoo, conditioner, etc. can do for you. We recommend Nourish’s DHT Hair Loss Kit…it has their Hair Nutrition Vitamins, Emu Oil topical application, their Trichogen formula Enzy Block, and their very popular DHT Shampoo.

A natural or organic chemical that has been found to stimulate follicles and promote growth is mint and peppermint oils. They have a remarkable ability to cleanse and stimulate your follicles. However, you should never buy these oils and apply them yourself, just look for the high-end hair loss products and mint or peppermint should be included on the list of ingredients.

You do not have to be embarrassed about your premature balding or thinning locks any longer once you start using one of the best products for hair loss on the market. Remember to not be shocked by the sticker price as it will most definitely be more expensive, but think of it as investing in your self-esteem and image instead.

New for 2012 are number of sulfate-free brands and products that are gaining exceptional popularity. Why? Because the trend for many consumers (you and me) has been to move towards organic, naturual and non-SLS (sulfate) shampoos and conditioners. First there is a little background on why Sulfates don’t help your hair and then a look at some of the new best sulfate-free shampoos for 2012.

If you are a person that is very health conscious and is concerned about all the harmful and damaging chemicals that are being put into hair products then you probably want to know what the best sulfate-free shampoos for 2012 are. Well, look no further because we have the scoop on what you need to look for when picking out your hair care products.

When you are searching, keep in mind you will want to look for products that specifically say that they do not contain this chemical – Sulfate. Sulfate is a cleansing agent that they put into cheap laundry detergents, soaps and hair care products that have been shown to cause skin irritations, rashes and severely damage your hair follicles leading to premature thinning or balding.

The easiest way to determine if the product does not have this chemical is to look in the ingredients list. In the ingredients list it will appear as this: “lauryl sulfate” or “sodium laureth sulfate.” This is not something you will want to buy, but be aware that the high-end shampoos (and conditioners) are going to be more expensive than the cheap alternatives…primarily because the ingredients that replace the sulfates are more expensive.

Though there are only several new sulfate-free brands for 2012, our favorite is sFree® Sulfate-Free Hair Products. From the beginning their focus has been sulfate-free and natural-based formulas. Their sulfate-free shampoo, sFree® Moisture is our staff’s favorite. It produces just enough foaming action (rare in sls-free products) and provides just enough moisture – it rinses clean too. FYI – They also have a sulfate-free clarifying shampoo and conditioner.

However, remember that the more you invest in good hair care products the healthier your hair will be and it will actually be much easier to style. Sulfate-free shampoos (also known as SLS free) will give more life andbody to your hair like you have never experienced before and will give you natural body and shine to your hair. These products do this because they are not full of the harmful chemicals that actually strip your hair’s natural moisture and bulk.

Another brand that has recently caught our attention is Balance®…small line – they have a shampoo and conditioner, but the products are great. We reviewed them in September 2011 and all our staff thought they were great. Their prices are very good, yet they are a boutique manufacturer. For the effort, Balance® a good sulfate-free brand to consider.

Women with longer hair will get the most benefit of using the sulfate-free formulas because their hair is much harder to maintain and manage. Longer hair needs extra care if it is going to look luscious and well-cared for. The added benefits of the are that they are organic and full of natural cleansers that also have lots of essential vitamins and minerals that your hair needs. They are also safe for color treated hair because you do not have to worry about there being any harsh chemicals that strip the color out.

It is definitely worth the small amount of effort and spending a bit more on the sulfate-free hair products. Think about it this way; if you spend more on your hair care products then you will spend less money on other products to control your split ends, frizz and all the haircuts you will need to trim off the damaged sections of hair.

Even though men do not put as much stock into their hair as women, healthy hair can go a long way for a mans appearance. Hair is made out of proteins, a hair is much like the fibers in your fingernails but put together much differently. Even though your hair follicle is not technically alive it grows, sleeps and eventually dies after about a 6 year life span.

If your hair becomes damaged it can take quite a while to get it back to its original healthy status. Below are some things you should look for in hair care products for men.

Everything you do in your daily life including your job and diet directly effects your hair. So do what you can to reduce damage by being gently on your scalp. A wet hair breaks more easily than a dry one so when your hair is wet be extra carefully to be gentle with it.

Stay away from blow dryers or any other heating tools, most men do not use them but if you do be careful the high temperatures can fry your hair. If you insist on using a blow dryer be smart and use it at its coolest setting i will take longer to dry your hair, but it will do minimal damage.

If you feel you need to use high heat use a thermal protector to seal and protect the hair from the heat. If you have dry hair take a cooler shower this will help you avoid washing away to much sebum (scalp oil). If you have very oily hair take the hottest shower you can stand this will help break up any oily build up and cleanse your scalp more thoroughly.

Say no to chemicals. Using chemical treatments can literally strip your hair and cause it too be brittle and break. If you do choose to use a chemical treatment then make sure you follow it with a deep conditioner to put some of the moisture back into your hair that was leeched out.

Natural is the way to go so look for naturally based shampoo that will help make and keep hair healthy. You should see a difference after the first week of washings. Believe it or not every thing you do including healthy, diet and lifestyle choices reflect on your hair.

If you eat plenty of fruits and vegetables drink a lot of water and exercise daily your hair will be more healthy. Stress greatly effects your hairs healthy so try to sleep at least 7 hours a night and try to relax stress is terrible for your hair. There is an old saying that if you wear a hat every day your hair will fall out, this is not true at all.

One part of keeping your hair healthy hair regular trimmings. We do not mean a full blown hair cut just get your hair cleaned up. This will remove dead ends and help keep your hair stronger. If you suffer from dry hair try a using conditioner, many men do not use any at all.

Look for hair care products that will compliment you and your hair type. Make sure to stick to naturally based products for the best results. Men want products that work, so it may take a little of trial and error to get ones that work well for you and your specific hair type.

Hair loss can happen to anyone at anytime. If your hair starts thinning and your scalp is very itchy you may have a problem that can lead to rapid hair loss. Because there can be many reasons for this using common sense and the power of deduction can rule out many different things. Itchy scalp hair loss in women can be embarrassing but totally treatable.

Loss of vitamins and minerals, have you been maintaining a healthy diet. Medications, what medications are you on and do any of them cause hair loss. Surgery, have you undergone any surgeries in the last 90 days. Hormones, are your hormone levels regulations, over production of some hormones can effect hair loss in women.

Some other things to consider, are you a vegan? Vegans usually don’t get enough iron or protein even though they take supplements to help with it, it still can lead to hair loss. Over eating can cause itchy scalp due to the over production of oils. It can also cause hair loss due to very high salt saturation levels.

Fungal infections can cause your scalp to itch and become swollen while leading to hair shed because of the scalp irritation. You can lower your risks of this by eating wholesome foods these will contain plenty of vitamins and minerals to help with hair growth. Cut out anything that is made of or contains white sugar, this will stop or slow a fungal infections plus it is good for your body.

Massage emu oil on your scalp daily to help with the itchy, inflammation, flakes and hair loss. You should see you hair start to get more healthy in just a few weeks. Remember that it is normal to lose about 75 hairs a day so don’t be alarmed if you still see some hair fall this is normal.

Another common reason for itchy scalp hair loss in women is seborrheic dermatitis. It happens when the body over produces oil and skin cells which lead to flaky itchy scalp. It can damage the hair follicle and in the long run lead to thinning hair. Fungus is also a very common method of itchy scalp.

Most women get fungal infections from their local salons, some salons do not clean their tools properly which harbors fungus which can lead to a fungal infection on the next person. Fungal infections usually start with a swollen itchy scalp, then they lead to thick yellow flakes and eventually hair loss if not treated. As a note, often time fungal infections can be caused by oily hair. Look for the best shampoo for oily hair to reduce the excess sebaceous gland secretions that tend to clog follicles and pores on the scalp.

Ring worms lead to itchy scalp if they case is severe enough hair loss will follow, but these are the most extreme cases. Here are some things you can do to keep your scalp healthy which in turn will hopefully keep you from developing any of these problems. Do not get your scalp sun burnt, it will damage the scalp and hair, while causing your scalp to overproduce oils leading to oily scalp.

Here are some herbs that help ease itchy scalp, so if you find any of these in a shampoo they can be worth a try. Some natural ingredients that ease the scalp are ginger, lemon, lavender, emu oil, chamomile, Jojoba oil, coconut oil, peppermint, rosemary and apple cider.

So in closing if you eat healthy and stay away from fried foods, and control the oils on your scalp this should help you fight itchy scalp which often can lead to hair loss in women.

Buying shampoo in bulk is a great way to save and make money at the same time, no matter if you sell a generic brand or private label your own brand. Whether you keep it for personal use or repackage it and sell smaller bottles it can help your business become very productive, while gaining customer loyalty. Many small business owners like spa’s, boutiques and salons buy bulk shampoo and repackage it as their own brand, if you follow a few basic steps you can successfully do this as well.

It is a great way to gain customer loyalty and promote your own brand, while making more money. Because you buy in bulk you save a lot of money which will take your bottom line farther and grow year by year. Another good thing about bulk shampoo is that you won’t be stuck with thousands of units you can’t move, because you are buying gallons at a time it lowers the chance of failure.

You simply buy a gallon at a time, with an over head that low there is little risk, which helps the owner. There are many different types of bulk shampoos to choose from, like problem solving lines or lines that help improve hairs overall health. You can look for shampoos that contain specific ingredients like emu or jojoba oils to help treat and solve problems, like dry hair or itchy scalp.

You can also buy shampoos for their end result like moisturizing, growth, brittle or color maintenance. This way you can use a generic brand or create your own logo and product line. Small packaging can be useful as well to use behind the washing station. Where as larger packaging is beneficial as well because you will get a better price break.

Once you get customers that become loyal to your shampoos or your private label brand, you can slow start adding other products like styling aids and vitamins supplements to help increase revenue.

Today we are doing a review on a great new lip balm called blamtastic. It is marketed toward preteen children, but to be honest we love it too. We have always been a lip balm junkie so this review was right up our alley. What impressed us the most about blamstatic is that it was started by two preteen children. Yeah you heard us right.

With the help of their great mothers Lily and Melanie created blamtastic a childrens lip balm. Since it was introduced to the market, blamtastic has been a smash hit. Blamtastic is family owned and operated of course, really how could you fire your mom? Blamtastic was made for both the ladies and gentleman so it covers a wide range of funky flavors. Here are a few we LOVE!

For the ladies:

Cherry Nilla – Which is a mix of cherries and vanilla (SPF 15)

Are noticing more and more hair in your drain every time you take a shower? Hair growth can be simplified into two sections. Topical treatments and root nutrition. Topical treatments are follicle stimulators and dht blockers that clear topical problems. Hair growth for women can be difficult but fixed.

Root nutrition means giving the hair a proper diet so that it has a good healthy growth environment and is getting plenty of blood flow. The way your hair grows is very important in understanding why it has stopping growing and started falling out.

Specific things like prescription drugs, being ill, chemicals, stress, hormones and lack of nutrition can all play a huge role in your hairs growth and development. The majority of women start to notice hair loss during menopause mostly because the change in hormone levels.

Your hair’s life cycle can last around 7 years and consists of three main phases the anagen or growth phase, the catagen or resting phase and the telogen or death phase. Most of the hair you have is growing only a small part is resting or falling out.

When the hair is resting which can last many months it is basically hibernating, it is still alive but no longer growing. Then as it enters the telegan phase the bulb starts to shrink and the hair slowly loses its grip in the scalp and simply falls out.

The average persons hair grows between 5 and 8 inches a year depending on how healthy it is. While the normal women can lose around 75 hairs a day and even more when you wash it this is totally normal. When you start losing around 175 hairs a day, then there is a reason to be concerned.

Most women start to see thinning on the top of their heads. When you notice this you should start a hair growth regiment right away, the sooner the better to stop the loss. There are many different ways to treat hair loss in women including shampoo, conditioner, follicle stimulators and vitamins just to name a few.

If your female family members suffer from hair loss you are most likely to as well. Starting a healthy diet and taking hair vitamins can help you with this. If you can stay away from hair color, chemicals and heating tools which can be hard on your hair as well.

One good thing is that hair loss can be stopped and restore with the right hair growth routine. You need to act quickly because the longer you wait the harder it will be to fix the problem.

Is your hair damaged and weak? Does it break easily and feel rough? Then find a shampoo that will repair your damaged hair and get it healthy again. The shampoo you choose should be full of vitamins and minerals that can help rebuild the hair from the root up. This vitamin shampoo should help clean your hair while using proteins to fill in weak areas that have left tiny chips in your hair follicle. Using key amino acids it helps the protein bond to the hair. The best hair repair shampoo will repair your hair while cleansing and fortifying.

Once this happens the hair grows faster and is twice as strong. Your hair be transform into fantastic shape in just a few weeks. Vitamin shampoos clean your hair while repairing individual hair follicles for stronger healthy hair. Damaged hair feels rough and will not stay styled. Even though there are many solutions they make take awhile to fix problem areas.

Choosing just any vitamin shampoo would be a mistake you need to look for a vitamin shampoo that will help repair as you are shampooing. These shampoos should work on any type of hair, and be naturally based which means all natural ingredients. If the product is not natural stay away from it, it will probably do more harm then good.

Make sure that the shampoo is replacing what it is taking out like lips and natural oils. If it takes too much out and does not put enough back your hair will start to dry out and become unhealthy again. If the shampoo contains any type of natural oils or omega oils you know that it is good. You want a shampoo that will not only add moisture to your hair but to your scalp as well.

Always remember a good conditioner will help as well so pair this shampoo with a conditioner that helps rebuild proteins. This treatment will work for dry hair as well which is usually damaged as well. Eating more leafy green vegetables and fish will help but that can be difficult at times.

Not only can vitamins help your hair grow faster but they can help thin hair fill in by causing new hair growth, even if you suffer from weak hair vitamins will make it stronger.

Wholesale beauty products can be found in two main and very different groups, but which have their benefits and fall backs. Wholesale and wholesale private label, each of these groups are distinct and very different while having the same base idea sell products and make money. Wholesale is where you sell another companies products with their labels on them this is pretty easy to do and you can drop ship as well which makes it even easier. This is usually cheaper than private label and takes the product liability off of you since you are reselling someones products which saves you money on insurance.

Private label is a bit more complicated because it has a lot more moving parts and investment. This is where you sell products someone else designs but you put your label on them which can make you more money but be more time consuming. You tend to have more faithful customers when doing this because they always come back directly to you to get more product once they run out which is great to have steady clients. Drop shipping is very popular when it comes to wholesale but usually is not done with private label. This is where you sell the product but someone else ships it out for you and charges you a fee for the product and shipping which is great and very hands off.

There are thousands of wholesale skin and hair care products out there that are available to wholesale, most of them are really good products that people will get hooked on and use over and over again. To be sure test them out your self most companies have samples that they will send out to you for little cost. These products can be sold online or in stores, salons or private shops which helps you build customer base. These products are salon quality and usually made with more detail then the other brand name products on the market today which will put you and keep you ahead of the game. Selling beauty products wholesale will help you increase your revenue while investing very little and will help you build a stead income and customers.

The companies also introduce new products which can help you expand your line and get new customers with cutting edge products. Selling beauty product you bought at a wholesale price is a solid investment and can pay for itself ten times over.
